Suite de Carved qui débute tranquillement et qui se termine dans une montée d'horreur. Three sisters grow up in a small town in Gifu. The oldest sister, Yukie Sawada, is engaged to be married, the middle sister, Sachiko works at a beauty salon and the youngest, Mayumi, is on the track team in high school. One night, Mayuni is disfigured and her mother killed. Things will get worse. Sequel to the movie Carved, it was followed by The Slit-Mouthed Woman 0: The Beginning.
