Bob et Helen Hewitt héritent de la grande maison de la tante d'Helen. Rapidement, des évènements étranges et dangereux s'y produisent et ils soupçonnent les locataires d'en être les responsables. A young married couple move into the wife's aunt's estate after inheriting the sprawling property. Soon, weird occurrences begin to happen around the house, and they start to suspect the tenants are responsible.
