Coincé dans un ascenseur en panne, Claudio n'a que son cellulaire pour savoir ce qui se passe à l'extérieur. Petit à petit, il se rend compte qu'un virus a tranformé la population en zombies hautement contagieux. Claudio is stuck in an elevator. Bit by bit and with his cell phone being the only source of information as he is trapped between floors, Claudio realizes that the world as he knew it has completely gone down the drain. A lethal virus is transforming people into highly contagious, homicidal zombies.
